Welcome to Betvole. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and Betvole ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Betvole online gaming platform available at https://betvole.asia and all associated services, products, features, and content.

Betvole is an online gaming platform serving the Malaysia market, offering casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, esports wagering, lottery products, and related promotional services. The platform is designed for and directed at adult players in Malaysia, including residents of Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other locations throughout the country.

By accessing, registering on, or using the Betvole platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

To register and maintain an active account on the Betvole platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Betvole strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered Members. This requirement reflects the standard for casino-style gambling activities and is non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a Self-Exclusion arrangement on the Betvole platform or any other platform where such exclusions are recognised.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a Betvole employee or affiliated entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must register using your own genuine identity. The use of false names, fictitious addresses, or any other falsified registration details is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only on the Betvole platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During the KYC verification process, Members may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot or statement showing the Member's name associated with the Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, or other payment account used for deposits).
• Additional documentation where required by Betvole's compliance procedures or applicable regulatory standards.

Members are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up to date. Any changes to personal details, contact information, or payment methods must be communicated to the Betvole support team promptly. Betvole accepts no liability for losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain accurate account information.

Account credentials, including username and password, are the sole responsibility of the Member. Betvole will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to an account resulting from a Member's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login details. Members must notify Betvole immediately if they suspect any unauthorised use of their account.

Betvole supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for the convenience of Malaysian players. Accepted deposit methods currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong), and USDT TRC20. Available methods are subject to change and Members should refer to the current deposit page for the most up-to-date list.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the Betvole platform:

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. As a general guide, most methods carry a minimum of RM30–RM50.
• Deposits made in currencies other than MYR may be subject to a conversion at the prevailing rate. Betvole bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are accepted at the rate quoted at the time of deposit confirmation. Blockchain network fees are borne by the depositing Member.
• Betvole does not accept deposits made with credit facilities or borrowed funds. Members are responsible for ensuring all funds deposited represent money they can afford to lose.
• Betvole reserves the right to decline any deposit at its discretion where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, irregular, or non-compliant activity.

Betvole is committed to processing withdrawal requests from eligible Members promptly. The following terms govern all withdrawal transactions:

1. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment accounts registered in the Member's own verified name. Betvole does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
2. KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request will be processed. Members are encouraged to complete KYC verification at registration to avoid delays at the time of withdrawal.
3. Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Winnings generated from Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal only upon full satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement as stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
4. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing limits are displayed on the withdrawal page and may differ by payment method.
5. Betvole reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns, without limitation to the timeframe for processing such requests during the verification period.
6. Indicative withdrawal processing times are: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfers 15–60 minutes. These are operational targets and not contractual guarantees.
7. Betvole reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

Betvole offers various promotional offers to its Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP rewards, and migration bonuses. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

• All bonuses are intended for personal use by the eligible Member only. Systematic wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus structures without genuine gameplay intent — commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting" — are strictly prohibited.
• Each welcome bonus offer is available to new Members once only upon their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits are subject to different promotional terms as communicated by Betvole from time to time.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each offer. Bonuses not claimed or wagering requirements not met within the stated period will expire without replacement or compensation.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonuses may be restricted to particular games or game categories. Wagering on excluded games while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• The maximum win amount that can be converted from a bonus to withdrawable funds may be capped. Specific cap amounts are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Betvole reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bonuses already credited to Member accounts in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Members who register with Betvole through the Brand Migration Programme are subject to the specific terms of that programme communicated at the time of migration, in addition to these general Terms.

All games available on the Betvole platform — including slots, live dealer tables, virtual sports, poker, lottery, and esports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface, in addition to these general Terms.

Betvole uses independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for all applicable games to ensure outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by prior results, player history, or any external factor. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are determined by the game provider and are available within the game information panels.

The following fair play principles apply to all Members:

• Members must play in good faith and not engage in any form of collusion with other players or with Betvole staff.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited.
• Any technical malfunction, error, or interrupted connection during gameplay that results in an inconclusive game outcome will be investigated by Betvole. Where a game outcome cannot be verified, the wager amount will be returned to the Member's balance.
• Sports betting odds are set at the time of bet placement and are not adjustable after a wager has been confirmed. In-play bets are subject to the odds displayed at the exact time of acceptance by the system.
• Betvole reserves the right to void any wager that was placed as a result of a pricing error, system fault, or where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.

Betvole is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its Members. Gambling on the Betvole platform should be an enjoyable, recreational activity. Betvole does not encourage gambling as a means of generating income, and we actively discourage gambling with funds that cannot be afforded to lose.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Members at no cost and without penalty to their account standing:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control the amount of funds deposited within a given period. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure session duration reminders and hard cut-offs to manage time spent on the platform.
• Loss Limits: Members may set maximum net loss thresholds over defined periods to prevent expenditure beyond self-determined levels.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may request a temporary restriction on their account access ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which time no deposits, wagers, or bonus claims may be made.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent or long-term account closure under Betvole's Self-Exclusion Programme. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. Please refer to our Responsible Gambling page for full details.

Members are strictly required to be aged 21 or above. Betvole will verify the age and identity of any Member where there is reason to believe the minimum age requirement may not be satisfied. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the source of deposit.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Betvole platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another individual in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent dispute claims in relation to deposits made to the Betvole platform.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable financial crime legislation.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploit must be reported to Betvole immediately; failure to report and any resulting winnings will be forfeited.
• Systematically placing opposing bets to exploit bonus structures without genuine gaming intent (arbitrage or "hedge betting" against Betvole's interest).
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Betvole staff or other Members through any communication channel.

All content on the Betvole platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, written content, promotional materials, software, code, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of Betvole or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publishing any platform content without the prior written consent of Betvole.
• Using the Betvole name, logo, or branding in any form of advertising, affiliate marketing, or promotional material without a formal written agreement.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any software component of the platform.
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Betvole platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of Betvole's intellectual property will be pursued under applicable law. Members who become aware of unauthorised use of Betvole's content are encouraged to report it to the support team.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Betvole's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the use of the platform, or any gaming transaction shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Betvole shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, game rules summaries, or promotional descriptions.
• Service interruptions, delays, or platform unavailability caused by circumstances beyond Betvole's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, third-party payment system failures, or force majeure events.
• Errors or omissions in game outcomes resulting from third-party game provider faults, provided Betvole acts reasonably in resolving such issues.
• Unauthorised access to a Member's account arising from the Member's own failure to secure their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.

Betvole reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Betvole will endeavour to provide notice to Members through one or more of the following means: an in-platform notification upon next login, an email to the registered account address, or a prominent notice on the Betvole homepage.

The version of the Terms published on the Betvole website at the time of any transaction or interaction is the version that governs that transaction. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Members are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your Real Money Balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 6. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Betvole's operating jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to Members under Malaysian law.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and Betvole, Members are encouraged to contact the Betvole customer support team in the first instance so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved informally. Betvole commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable under Betvole's regulatory framework for final resolution. Betvole will at no point charge a Member for raising a good-faith dispute regarding their account or transactions.
